This delightful meal, served family-style to your table, will include Caesar salad (baby kale, parmesan chips and foccacia croutons), linguini amatriciana (white wine tomato sauce, pancetta, chili flake, pecorino), half chicken (served with roasted seasonal vegetables and rosemary chicken jus) paired with your choice of two wines: 2022 Las Cumbres Sauvignon Blanc - Casablanca Valley, Chile; 2022 Las Cumbres Cabernet Sauvignon – Casablanca Valley, Chile.
